+1, there is no reason for this not to be implemented except to force the player to always go to vermilion to be able to access most islands in the game but on the other hand it makes sense that these npc are only in vermilion because the islands they take to are from kanto

+1 in the past it couldn't be used in cinnabar mansion either, and now it can (to hunt charmander maybe? xD), I see no reason why your idea won't be implemented

+1 great suggestion but I doubt it will be implemented because it would take time for them to describe each mission in the game, and I highly doubt they would do it
