If you lost to the level 100 darkrai in the castle and then teleported to a dark place that is perfectly normal for the quest dont worry you'll get them all back after you're done GL :)

Might need to move this to NPC & Scripting bugs and also is it possible that you can reset that npc or something?

I guess the only thing you can do is get another dig tm and try again

Have you tried any other games or is it only PRO you disconnect on?

What error are you getting? And try to see if the firewall has blocked the game for some reason and if that doesnt work you can try redownloading the client
