Name: Moveset Voucher (Doesn't have to be an item) Description: Reuses the mechanic for Set Master Sirhc on 1 non legendary pokemon. Why: For high value pokemon it is not realistic for players to buy multiple just for different sets. Promotes players to be more flexible with movesets. Not an OP reroll suggestion, (possibly easy to implement as well?). How to obtain: It could be a reward for a quest, via PVE coins, anything..
