Hi there. Unfortunately the escape rope is not meant to work across regions. If it did, it could be used as a way to avoid paying transport fees if one doesn't wanna travel manually. Therefore, this feature has been implemented. If you attempt to do so, you'll simply be telported in the pokcenter of the region's dock. We will not be fixing this as this is how it is meant to be to avoid abuse. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.

Hi there. In order to teach your pokemon Spikes, please learn 'Toxic Spikes' first then afterwards, head to the relearner again and you should now be able to relearn Spikes. This is a bug with the move relearner and we're working on a fix. Really sorry for the inconvenience. Please let me know if this has worked for you.

Hi there. Unfortunately, we currently offer support for platforms other than Windows (PC), Android, Linux, and Mac (PC). This is because of technical restraints brought about by other platforms that may not allow us to run PRO as efficiently as we'd like to. Right now, we are not planning to provide support for other platforms. However, in the event we do provide support, it'll be announced in our Update Logs and in our Official PRO Discord. Hi there. Regardless of this, can you try to proceed to the Burnt tower to fight Yellow? Afterwards, head downstairs to talk to Morty and see if the guard leaves the front of the gym. Please let me know if this works for you.

Hi there. You can get there by going south of Trainer's Valley towards the Stop House and presenting the 3 elemental monkeys (Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour) to Apo in Trainer's Valley Cave. Below is a screenshot guide. Hi there. If you simply only have the bell, you can change it ONCE by talking to Assistant Davis at the Bell Tower Barrier Station 1F. For further information, please check out the Legendary Megathread linked in my first response. Hope this has clarified things for you.

Hi there. Please make sure you are getting the map from the Celadon Mall. You can do this by entering in the building next to the Pokecenter and go on the Roof Top by taking the elevator. Hi there. Unfortunately, you can only catch one of the three dogs. If you already have Suicine, you can no longer catch Entei or Raikou. This is to preserve the value of Legendaries. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Lava has begun to spread and has overflowed Vulcan Island! Don’t worry though, it’ll be back in the future. Hi there. The servers are currently down due to the removal of Vulcan Island. We are aware of this issue and it has been forwarded to the relevant parties. However, we are unable to give an ETA as to when the servers will be up once again. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the General Support Rules. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord. As this is a known issue, and I can’t offer you much of a fix as of now, I’ll now be locking this thread.

Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have. Please let me know if you still cannot connect to the Silver Server.
