  2. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. You actually didn't lose your progress. However, you'll have to merge your account to regain your progress again. Since you played on the Red Server, you'll have to select it as your main server when you merge. Below is a visual guide on how to merge. Step 1: Login in your dashboard and click on Merge is required! [*]Step 2: Let me know if you still need further help with merging.
  3. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! Since you played on the Red Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as if you encounter issues whilst merging.   4. Hi there. Unfortunately, HM Fly does not allow you to fly between cities. It is intentionally not coded to work out of battle. PRO is also an MMO therefore things have been coded this way to maximize its purpose, which is to have you grind for most of your items. It is also the reason why most of the quests and storyline are more difficult than in the actual games. As an alternative, we have the Subway Quest for quick travel within Kanto and Johto and the Teleport Quest for quick travel within Hoenn and Sinnoh. There are boats in every dock city (Vermilion, Olivine, Lilycove, Canalave) that you can use to travel between regions. Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you understand.   5. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. I can't seem to replicate your error since it seems to work fine for me. However, I've noticed that you have 100 coins on your profile. Are you sure you didn't receive them? Unfortunately, do note that we cannot restore your purchases as we cannot track your use of CCs. If you're certain that you didn't receive these, Could you please try to delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the latest client here? Really sorry for the inconvenience, but I hope you understand.

Delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found here Restart your computer Run the program as Administrator Disable your Firewall and Reinstall. Put all PRO Files in a folder and not directly in your drive. Please attach screenshot of folder path if this doesn't fix it. Install .NET Framework 4.0 if client closes but patcher doesn't open. Let me know if this fixes it for you.

However, we are unable to give an estimated time as to when this will be fixed. Please stay tuned in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for further announcements. For now, you should be able to fix this issue by completely deleting all your PRO Files and reinstalling the client here. Let me know if this has fixed your issue and if you need anything else.

  10. Hi there. The EXP Boost will count 72 hours in real life time even if you're not online. This will also count even if the servers are down. However, rest assured that in cases of long downtimes, we may provide compensation. If you're concerned about maximizing your EXP Boost, I suggest you activate it during the weekends!   13. Hi there. Mirror downloads are the same download, but from a different source. For example, if you downloaded the client from MEGA, try to download it from Mediafire instead.   14. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try to clear your cookies/cache and try redownloading from a new browser? Make sure you've delete all your old PRO files before reinstalling. Also, please try the mirror download instead of the one you're usually downloading. Let me know if it works.

  16. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. I've tried this again myself with Magnemites and I've released 7 Magnemites without a problem. Did you try to reinstall the game? Also, could you please restart your router as well. Do you happen to get an error message when you try to release your 6th pokemon? Also, please do let me know if you still want help with deleting your pokemon! Looking forward to your response.

  18. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. This was caused by a bug in the past wherein you could simply cut through trees without having HM Cut. It's recently been changed to make it so you can't cut unless you have both the HM and the move on your pokemon, which explains as to why you're experiencing this issue. You'll have to be telported in-game to finish the SS Anne Quest. I'll assist you in-game with this. Let me know if you need anything else.

  22. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the Black Medalion simply raises your chances of getting a Hidden Ability Vulpix. Do note that just because you've encountered 50 Vulpix, doesn't mean 20% of them will necessarily have the Hidden Ability. Acquiring this is simply based on luck and each Vulpix you find has a set percentage of becoming Hidden Ability. Unfortunately, this is all luck based and cannot be determined specifically. Rest assured that the Black Medallion is indeed fine. It has been tested numerous times before releasing and our Developers ensure that essential coin items like these are not flawed. Once again, I'm really sorry for this. Let me know if you need anything else.
  23. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. I've gone over and checked and it seems as if you did have a Master Ball at some point, however no longer have it. Unfortunately, our tools are rather limited and we cannot specify how you actually lost the Master Ball. You are indeed correct about not losing it to the Heatran Quest and you also didn't trade it away, nor put it on your pokemon. With that, there are only two ways that you could've lost it: You accidentally used it or you accidentally trashed it in the past. You unfortunately can't simply lose an item out of nowhere. Therefore unfortunately, we cannot refund your Master Ball as these two ways are the only ways you could've lost it. It'd also be unfair to others who have accepted their losses due to accidents in the past. I'm really sorry to inform you of this. Let me know if you need anything else.
