  4. Hi there. Can you please try the following? Let me know how it goes for you. • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers (Specifically this one) • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

The server routing may have also been affected during this time, which may have caused these issues. However, the issue should now be resolved and you should be able to log onto the Gold Server as you normally do. Once again, we're sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you understand!

  8. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!
  9. Hi there. The EV Zone requires you to select the EV training Area option for 10k when speaking to the guards. The cost can be lowered to 2k after buying a 24h entry. Basically, you had the 24h entry active, which is why the cost was lowered to 2k then. Now, as the 24h are over, it costs 10k again. If you want it back to 2k, you'll have to invest in the 24h entry again. Hope this clarifies things for you.

  12. Hi there. That dig spot isn't actually meant to respawn. It's like that as it's the first time a player would have encountered cracked ground which signifies a dig spot. It's simply to act as an indicator that you can interact with cracked ground to use dig on it and possibly receive something from it.
  13. Hi there. I can't give a specific amount. However, I don't recommend using your data on PRO as it is a multiplayer online game afterall. Therefore, it may consume a fair bit of your data due to the processing needed for chats, interactions and many more.

Can you please try the following? ▪︎ Try Alt+Tab ▪︎ Use an Escape Rope ▪︎ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter ▪︎ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar ▪︎ Log out, and then back in ▪︎ Close the whole client and start PRO again If you are still stuck after trying everything, please let me know. Also, would be great if you can attach a screenshot where you're stuck.

  20. Hi there. You can actually change the resolution of your screen on the options tab in the login page of PRO. If there are no further resolutions, then that is the resolution that your phone sees fit for your device. Nevertheless, you can try to reinstall the app on your phone.
  21. 96 players , how is that reasonable with only 25 votes? to change a game world mecanic with team preview, we need to aproach this with care, and not rush it. If you guys WANT to make team preview, just do it , but do not make an appeal of "public" right of transparency with such important change, you should've change without asking if so. but since you "tried" to ask, make it worth a discussion and a forum thread with an fixed message at the top of the page. please do not rush, be respectfull give it a week at least. This is a MMO game, it should respect the majority of active players , and not only , a seclude amount of "privileged" votes from only 1 hour pool that where at the right place and right time. Without "team preview" , you need to pratice and develops an "skill" of "real time strategy"["The tasks a player must perform to succeed at an RTS can be very demanding, and complex user interfaces have evolved to cope with the challenge"], where you need to think and prepare your moves to a "possible" move of your oponent, tipes/niches/Switch/and more, based on what this game has to offer.( uncoded/buged moves/itens/abilitys and pokemon mostly being "taken out of the equation"). i do Belive this is best for "skill based" sistem. because you need more information/preparation/study. Now my Questions to you: Q: Where is the reasoning to do a change from oficial PRO staff member here at forums?
