  1. Hi there. At the time you have created this thread, the servers with down. However, the servers are now up and you should be able to play now. Please to note that Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing technical difficulties with regards to the Android client. This will cause you to crash each time you enter a battle. We are aware of this issue and as of now, we are actively trying to find a fix for this issue. However, we are unable to give you an ETA as to when this will be fixed. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once this issue has been resolved. With that said, will now be locking this thread.

Can you please try the following? • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

  16. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  23. Hi there. In order to get Groudon's seen data, go to Sootopolis City and heads up to Cave of Origin, There you will have to battle Maxie & Archie with LVL 120 Pokemons. If you lose the battle versus the boss you can still get the Data seen from Nikola boss in Unknown Place! Please let me know if you need any further help.
  24. Hi there. Thank you for this report. Unfortunately, not all movesets of pokemon are updated to Generation 7 yet. However, our content scripters are trying their best to have all moves updated. I'll pass this on to them for you. Also, for moves that your pokemon can learn/relearn, you can check your pokedex. If they aren't in the list there, it means that the moves aren't updated to Generation 7 yet, or you can try to teach a move with the Pre-evo tutor. You can access this tutor behind the counter and into the doorway in every daycare, which will lead you towards the back. Let me know if you need any further help.
  25. Hi there. Unfortunately, I can't promise anything with regards to the capitalization of names in-game. However, I would just like to inform you that in-game, all names are capitalized at the first letter, while the rest are lowercase. This is to avoid names in all caps, as well as to help keep the chat clean, organized and uniform. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.
