  2. Hi there! Unfortunately, we're still working on updating movesets of most pokemon to Generation 7. With that said, you can find out at which level your pokemon learns a move in the Pokedex as shown below. For your case, Butterfree learns Gust at level 1 according to the Pokedex and cannot learn it in its previous evolutions, therefore in order for your Butterfree to learn Gust, you'll need to use a Move Relearner. There is one in Cerulean City and Saffron City, for Kanto. [spoiler=Butterfree Dex]
  3. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

If you're using Gmail, check your junk mail and make sure you typed your email correctly. This could take up to 30 minutes. Using a different browser could also help.

    Hi there. Sorry, I can't really troubleshoot your case with the minimal information you have given me. Do you crash or experience a black screen? Can you please be more detailed in your explanation. Also, please try to be patient when experiencing a 'white screen' as the game might just be trying to load. Clicking in several places may just lead it to stop responding. Looking forward to your response.

  12. Hello there! Unfortunately you cannot transfer servers as of now due to the topic being closed (It was closed on May 1st, 2018). If you'd like to transfer servers, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic and its requirements can be found here for future reference.   13. Hi there! You can actually use /friend (Username) when a player is online to send them a request. You may also right click their name in chat and click Friend/Unfriend to add them as a friend. Your friends list can be found in the lower left side corner. Here, you are able to easily open up a chat box with them, if you'd like. It will also show if they are online or not. Now, in order to trade, you must have the 4th badge in Kanto. You also have to be in the same Pokecenter as the person you are trading with. You may simply right click their character and select the trade option to send a trade request. You can also use /trade (Username) to trade with them. After accepting, you will be able to put in money or pokemon from your side and he will be able to on his side as well. After accepting, you'll be asked to confirm the trade once more before the trade is completed. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

  16. Hi there. Just to clarify for you, the 200k is only to be able to become a member of the Dragon Club. Once you're a member of the Dragon Club, you'll be able to do the quests from the Quest Master. The last quest, requiring 240 caught data, will allow you to receive the Dragon's Medalion. With this, you can then fight the Dragonite in Dragon's Den B1F. Hope this clears things up for you. Let me know if you have any further questions.
