  1. Hello there! It seems as if you're confused on which server you completed Kanto in. Upon checking, I see that you have completed Kanto on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server instead. So please let me know if this is correct, below. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged.

  8. Hello there! Please do note that after choosing your starter, you'll have to exit Oak's Lab and return home. Afterwards, you need to talk to your mother then go upstairs and pick the two items on the floor. This will give you 5 Pokéballs and 5 Potions. Now, leave your house and walk outside. Only then will you see the Eevee with an orange name. If you have any further help with the story, feel free to check out the Kanto Walkthrough. Let me know if this solves your friend's problem.

Unfortunately, you cannot change your starter, but if you're having trouble with the first gym, it's good to try to get a Budew in Viridian Forest which spawns in Viridian Forest in the Morning/Day. Furthermore, you can also get a mankey from Route 22. There is also a trainer in Viridian City who will trade her Oddish for a Pidgey that has 15 IVs or more in Speed and Attack. It's good to level your pokemon to 15+ to increase your chances in beating the gym. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand. Good luck!

  11. Hello there! Unfortunately, we are not able to change the Original Trainer (OT) of your pokemon once it is set. After all, it corresponds to the original trainer of the pokemon. We do not provide this service since it can be abused in some cases like when trying to complete a quest. Despite trades and regardless of levels, the pokemon will still retain it's OT. Sorry to disappoint you. I hope you understand.

Since your drivers are up to date, as you stated, could you please try the following steps and let me know if they work for you. -Go to graphics in control panel, open it, and click on general settings in basic mode. -Change screen resolution from maximum to your desired resolution. -If you wish to run the game on full screen, at the bottom, an option for scaling will display. Click it and set the scale to Full Screen. -Click on Apply

  14. Hi there, just to clarify you have the option to pick a main server to play on Silver or you can save both of your Red and Blue accounts if you make the 200h requirement on both accounts. Take note if you select the second option, it will split your Red and Blue accounts into two different accounts. In your case, you'll have to select the first option since you don't meet the hour requirements. Therefore, you have to select your main account, the Red server. Please also be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not preformed without proper evidence.
