  3. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  9. Hi there, are you talking about the Gems in Kalijodo Cave? If so, first you need to go back to the entrance of the cave and talk to the Magma Grunt after defeating the Aqua leader. If you haven't done this, you won't be able to obtain the gems. Therefore, please make sure you've done that first. Now, if you'd like to know the locations of the gems, they can be found in the Vulcan Island Walkthrough. Nevertheless, here are the locations.

  13. Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the Forums as they differ. Also, did you choose the Blue server when merging?
  14. Hi there. This is a known bug and should be fixed in the next client update. Unfortunately, There is no ETA for when this will be released. Nevertheless, you can keep an eye out in Announcements for when it is released. There should also be a link to new client updates on the left side of the screen when available. Don't forget to check your junk mail and make sure you typed your email correctly. This could take up to 30 minutes. Using a different browser could also help. I regret to inform you about this, but we cannot refund you boss reward because it would be unfair to everyone else negatively impacted by server crash or disconnect, regardless if it was caused from our end or not. It could also be abused in some cases. For scheduled maintainance, you may check the Discord for updates when the server will be going down. Announcements are usually released there, saying that the server will be going down in x amount of time, to minimize your losses. As for server crashes on our end, unfortunately, they can be unpredictable at times therefore we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Nevertheless, in cases of long downtimes and numerous crashes due from our end, we may sometimes issue compensation to our players. Next, ensuring a proper connection on your end also helps minimize your losses. It is good to check on your internet provider to know when their downtimes will be as well as contacting them if you are not experiencing a stable connection. You may also try the following: * Call your internet provider. * Troubleshoot Your Hardware. * Opt for a wired connection if you’re using a wireless connection * Turn Off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps. * Try a New DNS Server Nonetheless, you may rebattle the boss after its respective cooldown and please try to ensure a stable connection to avoid issues like this from reoccuring.
