Yes, which is why you probably would have gotten wiped. I can offer you an account reset though, this will make you start from the beginning as if you were on a new account. Do you accept these terms?

Hi there, unfortunately your account may have been apart of the wipe that happened on the Red server in the past. Your account would’ve been wiped if it was inactive for a year and had less than 10 hours on it. This was done to stabilize the server due to numerous crashes. If ever your account was wiped, then we wouldn’t be able to retrieve your data. In this case, we may be able to offer you an account reset. Let me know if you'd like to take up this offer.

Hi there! Unfortunately, this is a glitch with regards to the merge. In order for you to continue, you'll have to do the SS Anne quest again. Since you're in Johto, you'll have to wait for a Staff Member to teleport you back to the SS Anne so you can do the quest. If you'd like, you can actually buy a pokemon with Cut in Johto or you can buy a tree axe from someone, then go back to Kanto after completing Johto to redo the SS Anne quest yourself. Nevertheless, please let me know when you will next be online along with your timezone so that we may make arrangements to have your issue resolved in-game. Looking forward to your response. -

Hi there! Since Curse is an Egg-move for Snorlax in the real games, you can only get Curse from the Egg-move tutors in each daycare for 15k. These tutors are unlocked upon defeating Naero in Cerulean Cave B1F. If you need further help with unlocking the Daycares, you may look at the Egg-Move Guide. Below are the locations of Each Daycare. PRO not responding may because you may not meet the system requirements, which can be found in the guides listed below. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

To my knowledge, it isn't coded in PRO as of now. Which means that your Lucario, wouldn't be learning it at level 15 like in Generation 7. With that said, there isn't an estimated time for this move to be coded. Nevertheless, you can keep an eye out in the In-game Update Log and the Downloads and Update Logs for when it is added. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.

Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the Forums as they differ. Hello there! Could you follow the steps here to get the activation email resent to you? It is also good to note that Gmail is the most likely to receive the email. Don't forget to check your junk mail and make sure you typed your email correctly. This could take up to 30 minutes. Using a different browser could also help. Right now, there is no ETA for when things will be coded as they are in Generation 7, but you can keep an eye out in the Ingame Update Log for when it is added.
