Hi there. Unfortunately, we can't de-evolve your pokemon for you. Nevertheless, in daycares, if you go behind the elderly couple, there is a "secret" room at the back of every daycare. There is a Pre-Evo move tutor there which you can use to teach Moonblast to your Clefable. Let me know if you encounter any further issues.

Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Hi there. I see that you tried giving your Dawn Stone as a held item to your pokemon. That's not the case if you'd like to evolve him. You'll have to first, take the Dawn Stone off of your pokemon. Then, go into your inventory and click on the Dawn stone. When given the option, select your Kirlia and it should evolve. Let me know if you have any further issues.

Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the Forums as they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have. Hi there. A waterfall HM can be found at the Sinnoh Safari Area Zone 4, only if you had not found it previously. With that said, I recommend you go back and get it from there. If you need further help with finding the location of HMs/TMs, you can use ^info (TM/HM/Item) in the #bot-commannds of our Official Discord. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Switch from silver server to gold.

Hello there! Unfortunately you cannot transfer servers as of now due to the topic being closed (It was closed on May 1st, 2018). If you'd like to transfer servers, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic and its requirements can be found here for future reference. Hi there. Glad to hear that your pokemon has been resolved. From your private message to me, it seems as if the crash was caused from your side and therefore you might have been returned back to your last visited PC since it will count as you losing a battle. Nevertheless, you should still be able to play the game normally afterwards. Please let me know if you encounter any further issues. -

Hello there! Unfortunately, there are no plans of having iOS support for PRO as of now. This is because iOs doesn't have enough resources to allow us to work on it. They will also need to open their development to third party applications in order for you to play. Therefore if you were to switch to an iPhone, you wouldn't be able to play PRO on it. With that said, I'm really sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.

Hello there! Unfortunately, not all Android games run on Chrome OS, despite some of them now being added. We do not really have direct support for Chromebook, but here is something you can try. Not quite sure if this will allow you to play on your Chromebook, but please let me know if it does! You can try to install both Wine and Crouton (Download Links below). To install the desktop version of Wine, you’ll need to enable developer mode and install Crouton to get a Linux desktop alongside your Chrome OS system. You can then install Wine on the Linux desktop and use it to install Windows programs (such as PRO's Windows client) just as you’d use Wine on a typical Linux desktop. Whenever you want to use a Windows program (Like PRO), you could just switch between your Chrome OS system and Linux desktop with a keyboard shortcut. [spoiler=Downloads] Wine Crouton PRO Downloads

Hello there! Unfortunately, there is no estimated time for the Protean ability to be coded in PRO. Our developers are working hard and are very busy providing further updates in the game. Nevertheless, you should keep an eye out in the Downloads and Update Logs as well as the In-game Update log to see if the ability has been coded. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.

Hello there! It seems as if you're confused on which server you completed Kanto in. Upon checking, I see that you have completed Kanto on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server instead. So please let me know if this is correct, below. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged.
