  1. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day! Português Olá!   10. Hello there! Following Game Freak's balance change to Gengar in Gen 7, PRO has decided to implement these changes to Gengar as well. Game Freak changed Gengar's ability 'Levitate' into 'Cursed Body' as a nerf due to its competitive strength. In this case, your Gengar is not bugged. It is intentional that its ability should now only be Cursed Body. I'm sorry if this disappoints you, but I hope you understand. Please be sure to check the Downloads and Updates log as well as the In-Game Update logs for future changes. Below is the log of the Gengar ability change done last March 15th, 2018.

  12. Alright, it seems as if you've selected the wrong main server when merging. We'll have the accounts unmerged for you so please be patient until then. Take note that only a Developer may do this, and they are very busy. Nevertheless, please choose the Blue server as your main server this time.
  13. Hello there, it seems as if you seem to be having trouble with the SS Anne quest. First, you will need to speak with Doctor Neumann in the kitchen. Remember to ask how you can help, when given the options because otherwise, you will not be able to properly proceed with the objective, as your quest variables will not be registered to enable you to do the following steps. After you have talking to Doctor Neumann and have obtained a Pecha Berry (If you don't have one, there's one in a trash bin), head to the rightmost room on the second floor to speak with Jenson. He will extract your Pecha Berry and start developing the potion. As soon as you enter the ballroom (Leftmost doorway on the second floor), you can interact with the Blissey to retrieve it. The item is named as 'SecretPotion' in your inventory. If you happen to lose the Secret Potion, it will be reclaimable from Jenson. You don't necessarily have to get the guard out in the 'VIP area'. After you have obtained the potion from Jenson's Blissey in the ballroom, you can deliver it to the captain. His office is in the only staircase on right of the second floor.   14. Hello there! Staff view wasn't normally intended to be used by players, but it eventually became a 'feature' for players to use. Therefore, this doesn't count as bug abuse and you're free to use this to improve your quality of life. Bug abuse is usually repeatedly abusing some in-game object to profit as a player. For example, finding an exploit in an NPC and doing certain game actions to make the NPC infinitely give you items. With this said, you have nothing to worry about.
