Hello there! Unfortunately you cannot transfer servers as of now due to the topic being closed (It was closed on May 1st, 2018). If you'd like to transfer servers, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic and its requirements can be found here for future reference. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. Hope this helps and have a great day! -

Hello there! Upon checking, I see that you have actually merged your accounts properly. You did pick the Blue server as your main server. Please make sure that you log onto the Silver server and NOT the Gold server. This is because your merged accounts will be on Silver. Your Gold account has 0h, which is why you probably thought that it restarted you. [spoiler=Spanish ]¡Hola! Al verificar, veo que realmente ha fusionado sus cuentas correctamente. Escogiste el servidor azul como tu servidor principal. Asegúrese de iniciar sesión en el servidor Silver y NO en el servidor Gold. Esto se debe a que sus cuentas fusionadas estarán en Silver. Su cuenta Gold tiene 0 h, por lo que probablemente pensó que lo reiniciaron.

Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be talked about in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not preformed without proper evidence. Hello there! You can get a Dragon Scale from buying one in Trade chat off of other players or buy catching a Horsea/Seadra holding the item. Theif/Covet also works when trying to get the item, but don't forget your pokemon's Item slot must be empty. Take note that the Horsea/Seadra has a 5% change to hold said item. Hello there! It seems as if you haven't merged your accounts yet. Please follow the directions I gave in my first response. Don't forget to choose the Red server as your main server. After merging, if you still encounter the Invalid Username problem, then please change your password in the link given in my second response. -
