Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have. Also, please do note that your main account is on Gold and not on Silver. Hope this helps and have a nice day!

De antemano gracias. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. This is an error usually caused by old systems. Could you please try to update your graphical drivers and operating system? Also, try to redownload the new client here. If this does not work then you'll unfortunately have to wait until the new update is live. You can keep an eye out in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for when the new client is released. Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. The other Psyduck can be found in different locations at random, and you'll need to find two of them. The first one is the one at Route 25. You can refer to our Psyduck Hat Guide for the other locations and further information on the quest. Afterwards, go back to the Psyduck on Route 25 and he should offer you the Hat and battle you. Hope this clarifies things for you. Let me know if you need any further help.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Are you sure you're talking to the correct Police Officer? Do note that you'll have to pay 5,000 dollars to get to the Subway area in the first place. Afterwards, take the stairs and talk to the Police Officer. He should tell you about a new area called Trainer's Valley and allow you to go there for an extra 10,000 Pokedollars. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, as stated in our list of bugged and uncoded moves, Draining Kiss is bugged. We are aware of this issue. However, there is no estimated time as to when it will be fixed. Please stay tuned in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord and in our Update Logs for further announcements. With all that said, will now locking this thread as it's a known bug.

Hi there. You'll simply have to wait until an Admin unmerges you, then you'll have to merge again, but this time you'll have to select the Blue server as the main server. I'll let you know once an Admin has unmerged you. Until then, thank you for your patience and please be more careful in the future.

Hello there! Upon checking, I see that your progress on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server as your main server instead. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged. I recommend that you don't make any trades on your Silver account as well as that would make it so we cannot carry on with the unmerge. Also, there is no ETA as to when your account will be unmerged as our Admins may be busy.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Rotom no longer evolves in designated routes, but rather evolve by taking over certain appliances like in the real games. Below are map names where you can find boxes which contain different appliances for your Rotom. Do note that each Appliance corresponds to a different form of Rotom.
