  1. Hi there. First of all, Legendary birds are uncatchable in PRO. You can only obtain their seen data as stated previously. Legendary birds you see around with rather good stats could have possibly from a Staff Member's player account. You've stated the IVs, so I assume it's been linked in chat, so it must've been the case aforementioned. It's also possible to see staff members (indicated by their blue name) are running around with unobtainable legendaries and pokemon. This is because staff are able to have different pokemon to be used for unranked battles for videos and streams. They're used to promote the game. Please take note that staff do not have progress on their staff accounts and therefore they gain no advantage for having these pokemon. We do not use these pokemon in Ranked PvP as well to ensure that it is fair. The only legendaries that are obtainable are found in the Legendary Megathread.   2. Hi there. Gonna try to explain things as best as possible, so you can understand what you're missing. I've gone over and checked your variables and it seems as if you haven't beaten Oswald in Olivine City yet. You may have forgotten this, which is why I suggest you go back to him and battle him. This is the reason why you can't battle Hannah. You have to do the NPCs in order for you to be able to go to Sinnoh. I've also gone over and checked both your Onix and your Huntail and they have your OT, so there should be nothing to worry about. Perhaps you may have just gotten confused. Please return to Oswald and let me know if you need anything else. If he's not there, please attach a screenshot of this and I'll have your issue sorted. Right now, our open staff positions are for Content Scripters, Artists, and Mappers. You can read more about each of them in our Staff Recruitment sub-forum. Please do note that there is no estimated time as to when the other positions will open. This is usually done when there is a need for more of a staff member of the team. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the General Support Rules. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord. As this is a known issue, and I can’t offer you much of a fix as of now, I’ll now be locking this thread.

  20. Hi there. Please try to right click the app and see if you have the run as Administrator button? If not, could you please try to select the Advanced option in your screenshot and run it as Administrator there?
  21. Hi there. You'll have to Run PRO as an Administrator. To do so on Windows 10, please follow the directions here. For windows 7, follow the directions here. Let me know if you need anything else.
  22. Whichever is suited for your windows version. If you have a 32 bit system, download the x86 version. If you have the 64 bit system, download the x64 version. You can try any of the downloads, which ever works for you as they're all just mirrors of each other.
