Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be discussed in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not performed without proper evidence. Please be patient as you wait for a staff member to respond. You may bump your thread every 24 hours. With all that said, I wish you the best of luck and will now be locking this thread. Nevertheless, feel free to keep an eye out in our Update Logs as well as in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for further announcements. Do note that our Developers are rather busy with all the updates and are always looking to add new content for both new and old players to enjoy. Also, all PRO staff are simply volunteers and act in their own time. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.

In the future, if you're stuck, could you please try the following first? ▪︎ Try Alt+Tab ▪︎ Use an Escape Rope ▪︎ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter ▪︎ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar ▪︎ Log out, and then back in ▪︎ Close the whole client and start PRO again Nevertheless, glad to hear that your issue has been resolved. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. This is an error usually caused by old systems. Could you please try to update your graphical drivers and operating system? Also, try to redownload the new client here. If this does not work then you'll unfortunately have to wait until the new update is live. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! Since you played on the Red Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. You can make an account by registering in Registration. Do note that you can only have a maximum of 4 accounts. After registering, you'll have to check the Activation Mail sent to you. If you are not receiving it, try using another browser or incognito mode. Do note that Gmail or Outlook are email providers most likely to receive the mail. Also, if you're looking to access an account you had in the past, do let me know. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi there. You can get the Rocky Helmet through Claire's Lost Pokemon quest in Nap Island. Do note that you need to be Hoenn Champion to enter the area. It's accessible from either South of Route 41 or North of Route 125. Furthermore, you can also get it for 50 PvP Coins from a PvP Coin Master in Vermilion, Olivine, Mauville, and Canalave. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. I've looked into your old Blue saves and it seems as if you never had a mount. However, you did have a Bicycle. You currently have one now in your inventory. To use it, you can simply click on it on your inventory. However, I recommend that you put it on one of the hotkey slots in the lower left corner of the screen and use the numbers to activate and deactivate it when needed. Hope this clarifies things for you. Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. As quoted from Bulbapedia, This means that if you use protect without using another move in between, it'll count as a consecutive use. Do note that Protect is stated to be coded incorrectly as stated in our list of bugged moves, Hope this clarifies things for you. Let me know if you need anything else.
