Hi there. I understand your concern, but with the new client, comes new technical advancements. This makes it hard for older PCs to handle PRO, which is what mainly causes this bug. Updating your graphical drivers and windows system is honestly the best suggestion we can give as us ourselves are still looking into the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi there. Are you asking about if you can be a Daycare trainer? If so, of course you can! You can sell your daycare services in-game in the Trade channel. You can also make a post in our trade sub-forum under service shops. Please be sure to read our Trade Rules before engaging in a trade and do take screenshots of every transaction and agreement you make in case you need to report someone. Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try to fully restart your client after changing the settings on detailed lighting? Having it ticked will allow you to have the day/night cycles whilst having it off will have you remain in the day despite poketime. Let me know if this helps. -

Hi there. Could you please try to reset application permissions? You can do so by going into Settings, then applications. Afterwards, select reset app permissions. If this doesn't work, could you please download the client through Firefox instead? Let me know if this works for you.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found here? Make sure you've delete all PRO-related files, because it seems as if you're launching an older version of PRO, despite having downloaded the new one. You may also want to clear your trash bin for good measure and terminate all running PRO-related apps in your Task Manager. You can also use a CCleaner to clean your PC. Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi there. Could you please delete all your PRO Files (Unisntall the game), clear your app history and trash bin, restart your phone, then reinstall the new client found here? Let me know if this fixes your issue.

Hi there. I've looked through your screenshots and I don't see your issue. 5am is considered morning in PRO. PRO's time issplit into 3 distinct times. Rather than simply Day and Night, we have Morning Day and Night. Morning lasts from 4:00-10:00, Day is from 10:00-20:00, and Night is from 20:00-4:00. You can check poketime in our Official PRO Discord by using ^poketime in #bot-commands. -

Hi there. Unfortunately, Synthesis doesn't have a Tutor. Therefore, in order for you to get Synthesis on your pokemon, you'll have to go to the Egg-Moves Tutor in a Daycare as listed below. It can only be learned by pokemon who can learn this through breeding. You'll need to complete the Egg Moves Quest to enter the daycares. Of course, it can also be learned by the pokemon who learn it through leveling or evolution. You can check if your pokemon learns this move through leveling at your pokedex. Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi there. The only uploading site we offer for download right now is from Mediafire (Android 1) and Doko (Android 2), both very good downloading websites. Could you please try both of them and see if either of them fix your issue? There are two downloads to act as a mirror download for if you're having issues with one of them. Hi there. Unfortunately, you may have been apart of a wipe that happened in the past. Your account would’ve been wiped if it was inactive for a year and had less than 10 hours on it. This was done to stabilize the server due to numerous crashes. Since account was wiped, then we wouldn’t be able to retrieve your data. In this case, we may be able to offer you an account reset. Hi there. Could you please make sure that your windows operating system is fully updated? It should definitely work on Windows 10 as tested by numerous testers. Let me know how it goes.

Hi everyone. I'll just be clarifying a few things for those who are confused! The downloads that were uploaded earlier were for the new, updated client of PRO. It gave you an outdated client error because the servers haven't been updated to match the client yet. Now however, you should now be able to log in with the newly downloaded client from our Downloads Page. For more information on the new updates added this patch, please check out the Update Logs. You have also been given a 3-Day MS in your bag as compensation. Sorry for the inconvenience and the confusion this has caused.
