Hi there. Harrassment and Foul Language is definitely reportable. As quoted from our Chat Rules, However, you must also read on our Trade Rules. What you did this person is against the rules and therefore, is a reportable offense as well. I suggest you read more on our Game Rules and our Punishment Policy before proceeding with your gameplay on PRO to avoid infractions.

Hi there. I've gone over and checked your inventory and it seems as if you don't have an Aurorus mount. You have also already given it to your friend, Rosinha10d on November 9th 2018, 11:50:19 GMT+10. Please do note that when putting items on pokemon, you'll have to take them from your inventory and not just the hotbar. The hotbar also doesn't update automatically, and you'll have to get rid of unwanted items or items no longer in your inventory. Hope this clarifies things for you. Hi there. Please do note that you have to talk to Lapras in Pallet Town between 12 p.m and 1 p.m Poketime and you'll get teleported to Faraway Island. Currently, it's 01:53am in the Gold server. You can check poketime by doing ^poketime in #bot-commands in our Official PRO Discord. Hope this clarifies thing for you. Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi there. Unfortunately there isn't really a way for you to gain pokeballs whilst in a wild battle. This is because none of the consumable items in the shop offers pokeballs. The Coin shop, along Halloween Box specifically are mostly cosmetic items or other consumables. I'm really sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand. In the future, it's good to stock up on Pokeballs as they're relatively cheaper than the other balls, whilst providing sufficient efficiency. Let me know if you need anything else.

Eevee not found in any of the receptors in Rocket Hideout

Hi there. Please ensure you've checked each receptor, if it is not in the two in Giovanni’s room, there is a receptor on the other side of B4F and two on B3F. If you need further help with the Kanto story, feel free to check out our Kanto Walkthrough. Also, be sure to take a screenshot at each receptor, incase you still don't find the Eevee. Afterwards, upload them here and I'll have a Scripter look into it if needed. ---- EDIT: After checking, it seems as if you've already completed the quest as shown by the level 6 Eevee in your PC. Can you please try to leave the Game Corner and talk to Sargent Rick? Or if you've already done so, try to talk to the Rocket Grunts blocking the path and they should leave. You should be able to head into the Gym then. If not, please take screenshots of this and upload them here. Until then, have a great day. -

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, as quoted from both Bulbapedia and Pokemon DB, This means that this is intentional and therefore you item can't be refunded as this is a game mechanic on the actual pokemon games, wherein PRO takes after. Furthermore, items can be lost in numerous ways as certain items can be deleted as well. Nevertheless, you can always check out how to get the different held items on PRO from our Item Guide. Let me know if you have any further clarifications.

Hi there. Due to a bug, Shiny event pokemon were possible, which is why you may have seen someone's shiny event Bulbasaur. The bug has been removed again, but the player will remain with his exclusive pokemon because it would be wrong for us to take such pokemon especially since it was a bug on our part. It'll remain without a sprite until the next client update. Please stay tuned in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for further announcements. Will be locking this thread as resolved.

Hi there. As stated in the most recent Halloween Spawn Changelog, Charmander's tier at Cinnabar Mansion 3 is Tier 9 compared to the other areas, where Charmander is Tier 9.5. There isn't really much to hunting pokemon other than luck, because that's what it really boils down to. You can't really do much to manipulate your chances in getting these starters, because their rarity is intended to be as such. Otherwise, too many people would have these exclusive pokemon and there wouldn't be much to an event anymore. It'll simply ruin the value of said pokemon. As quoted from our Spawn Editor,

However, please refrain from trying to evolve your rotom in the mean time while a fix is being worked on.
