Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the General Support Rules. You can check server status with the use of our Reborn bot by doing ^up. Hi there. As quoted from the Lending Feature Guide, In short, I suggest that you simply trade your item normally to the player. There isn't a particular lend feature for items only. Nevertheless, you can always take a screenshot of your agreement and report the player if he scams you of a mount that you lent. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi there. Are you using the Android client? If so, could you please try to uninstall and delete all your PRO files on your phone? Afterwards, please install the new download found here. Let me know if this works for you.

Hello there! Since you've already merged your account, if you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Nevertheless, glad to hear that your issue has been resolved. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask. With that said, will now be locking this thread. For the three monkeys (Pansage, Pansear, and Panpour), they must all have at least 90 total IVs. They need to be OT and they cannot be evolved forms. Below is where you can find each. In order to find where a pokemon spawns, you can use the in-game pokedex if you have the seen data. You can also join our Official PRO Discord and use the ^s <pokemon/map name> command in #bot-commands to find where a pokemon spawns or what pokemon spawns in an area. Hi there. If you want to use the Repel Trick, you want to use a fainted pokemon at level 21-27 (Although I'd recommend the 27), which is is the repel trick level for Bagon there. If you'd like more information on the Repel Trick, please be sure to check out our Repel Trick Guide. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. The Smeargle Tutor was actually replaced with the Trick Tutor. This was done because Sketch was actually coded into PRO, which means you won't need a tutor to teach your Smeargle the moves you want. You'll simply have to level up your Smeargle Sketch. It gets Sketch ever 10 levels as shown in your in-game Pokedex as shown below. I believe the most efficient way to teach your Smeargle moves is by going into unranked battles with a friend and asking him to use your desired moves so you can copy them. Hope this clarifies things for you. Let me know if you need anything else. -

Hello there! First of all, please try disabling full-screen optimizations of the game. First, right click the application, then click properties. Afterwards, select compatibility then tick the box that says 'Disable full screen optimizations', click okay and finally, click apply. [spoiler=Disabling fullscreen optimizations] If that doesn't resolve your issue, then you may try the following options. • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

If you're still stuck, let me know. ▪︎ Try Alt+Tab ▪︎ Use an Escape Rope ▪︎ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter ▪︎ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar ▪︎ Log out, and then back in ▪︎ Close the whole client and start PRO again
