  4. Hi there. You'll unfortunately only have to get the Lugia data from battling Thor. Please do note that Chansey, Blissey, Shellos, Gastrodon, Snorlax, Goldeen, Seaking, Ferrothorn and Ferroseed are not allowed to be used against Thor. He also has different teams as shown below. You can find tips on how to defeat Thor on our Boss Guide. Let me know if you need anything else.

  6. Hello there! I’m sorry to hear about your situation. I regret to inform you about this, but we cannot refund your bug catching cooldown because it would be unfair to the other players who have accepted their losses due to crashing (regardless of our end or theirs) if we restore your pokemon and not their pokemon/money/cooldowns. Please also take the time to read the thread linked below, for future reference. For scheduled maintainance, you may check the Official PRO Discord for updates when the server will be going down. Announcements are usually released there, saying that the server will be going down in x amount of time, to minimize your losses. As for unannounced server crashes on our end, unfortunately, they can be unpredictable at times therefore we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Nevertheless, in cases of long downtimes and numerous crashes due from our end, we may sometimes issue compensation to our players. I know it can be frustrating as cooldowns may be rather long, but I really hope you understand why we cannot fulfill your request. With that said, will be locking this thread because as of now, nothing further can be done regarding it.

  11. Hi there. Could you first try to delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the client? If you're still stuck at the loading screen, please try the following. -On the login screen, use F2 key and type clearmaps, hit Enter then restart your game's client. -Check your internet connection -Wait on the loading screen for a while -Log into the other server then your own If you're still stuck, let me know.

  23. Hi there. You can't get Beldum in Kanto. You can get it from Johto as a third time win reward from the Superboss 'Boss' in Dock Island House 2. It is the Blue house on the western side of Dock Island. You can get to Dock Island by talking to the Sailor in Olivine City and selecting the Dock Island Option. You need to be Johto Champion in order to access this area. The other locations where you can obtain Beldum are the following. Beldum #Map Area Daytime Rarity MS Level Item Route 228 Land M/N Tier 9 No 52-56 - Sinnoh Safari Area Zone 4 Land N Tier 8 No 24-28 - Dock Island House 2 Boss (Reward) M/D/N - No 15 - Valley Of Steel Underground Steven (Reward) M/D/N - No 15 - Abandoned Ship B1F Room 1 Toothless (Reward) M/D/N - No 15 - Let me know if you need anything else.
