Oh nobody reads those hints and clues for sure, if the amount of people asking about the Pallet Town Eevee/SS Anne quest/Jackson's parent is any indication :Crazy: The Celadon Game Corner quest might needs more indicators though. For those who has played Gen 1 games or FR/LG multiple times, it's rather easy even with the addition of an original Eevee quest, but I can see why those who haven't will struggle on that quest. Most common question seems to be "who has the password" (if I recall correctly, there's absolutely zero indicator about this) and "how to reach Giovanni" (there's no hint about the hidden door in B4F, also, in FR/LG the door will automatically open once you beat the rocket admins, while in here there's no admins guarding the door. The presence of the admins could have been a subtle indicator that there's a hidden door there.)

Yeah, I second this suggestion. Would be awesome if we don't have to download 89MB of data every single time there's a new update.

I can open that site, though I don't know if the "website" data actually works as intended, as the main site is clearly not down.

IMO Growlithe is actually a kinda bad example because Arcanine can run Mixed set really well, as its base SAtk is 100, only 10 points less than its base 110 Atk. However, it doesn't affect the point of the guide, so if you don't want to change it, it's fine. But one thing that I think should be changed, is your reasoning for why -SAtk nature that's not Adamant or Jolly is considered neutral instead of good. The way you worded it, it sounds like all natures with -SAtk should be considered good nature for Growlithe. Perhaps its better to say "Natures which reduces SpAtk but doesn't increase Atk or Speed are considered neutral because Growlithe needs Attack or Speed boost more than a Defense or SpDef boost". That way you basically tell people that Impish and Careful are okay, but not as good as Adamant or Jolly.

This is true. I used to think the game is annoyingly hard without membership (particularly due to lack of money to buy potions and balls), but as time goes eventually I found myself almost ready to challenge Giovanni in his Gym, in fact if I had more playtime I would be at Johto right now. And I only started playing last Monday. Meaning it's perfectly possible to go through at least Kanto in just a week, even without membership. To me at least, this is a reasonable timeframe, so I don't really feel the "P2W" here. Even Pokemon Shuffle Mobile is still more P2W than this game, with the lack of reliable way to gain coins yet having more expensive price for everything, which practically makes it feels like the game actively push you to buy jewels with real life money.

Hmm This morning it was like that too, but I pressed F5 and the link works. This time it doesn't, and now that I pay attention to the link, it links back into the page. I guess they really are in the middle of uploading a new version, so they disabled the link.

Try pressing F5 to refresh the page. The client download page should say the version is v0.89.

What about being able to sell unwanted items (aside from things like nuggets and star pieces) to mart NPC? Items like spare vitamins ans recovery items, I mean.

So basically the server is currently under maintenance and there's no warning or info about it? xD
