Hey, to receive the chance for the IV locked reroll you have to finish the Dark Realm without leaving once or fainting too many times. Also the Darkrai forms were only available during 2019 and 2020 unfortunately. You can still get another IV locked reroll for beating the hard mode of the Gengar battlefield after receiving the Gengarite though.

Maybe you are remembering wrong? Not sure, however if it happens again it would be the best if you take screenshots of the battlelog. That would be the best way to reproduce a potential bug.

Hey, this is most likely not a bug. Some pokemon can have abilities like Mold Breaker or Teravolt for example which ignore abilities like Disguise. What pokemon attacked your Mimikyu?

Hey, it shows that error for every username and account at the moment. There is an issue with the email-service currently and therefore with resetting passwords as well. They are aware of that issue but there is no ETA for a fix regarding it. The only thing you can do is to wait until that issue has been dealt with.

Hey, from what I know you cant buy casino coins anymore. You can only buy casino chips and play Quack Jack to earn Casino Coins. However that NPC diaolgue could be changed to avoid that kind of confusion.

Did you fail or left the Dark Realm once during the quest? If you do so you wont get the IV locked Reroll for that part. The other IV locked Reroll is for doing the Hard Mode on the Gengar Battlefield challenge.
