Upon rerolling you have to confirm the new IVs by clicking 'Yes' on the pop-up window which asks you if you want to keep the newly rerolled or IVs or not. Could it be that you didnt confirm the IVs before closing the game?

Volt-Turn (Pokemon which commonly use U-Turn or Volt-Switch which is a decently common playstyle) Examples: Scyther, Magnemite, Rotom, Deino, Darumaka, Mienfoo, Chimchar, Weedle, Electrike (Mega-Manectric), Froakie... Wallbreaker, Setup-Sweeper or Hazard-Users could get spawns as well as they work well the Volt-Turn playstyle.

Can you try to use the Move Relearner again? Sometimes you dont see all the moves it can learn upon the first time interacting with the Relearner NPC.

@itsNologythere were some insights on the previous Q&A stream and as Bash said its unsure if its going to be implemented as originally planned. However Walross mentioned he could see something like you described working out better but there is no ETA or anything like yet for all of that.

You can only increase EVs up to 100 with vitamins, so thats not a bug.

To evolve Rockruff into the Dusk-Form you need the ability Own Tempo which isnt available in PRO yet. Its almost the same case as Battle Bond Greninja so we will probably get the chance to get it at a later time.

This is issue should be fixed in the newest version of the game. Try to delete all the files and download it again and see if that fixes your issue.

Can you post a screenshot of the pokemon for a better understanding of your issue? Also it doesnt matter which moves you use for EV-Training, thats not how it works. Every pokemon gives different EVs if you beat it and it will give EVs which it has the highest base stat in.

Yes its possible. The progress you have on silver will be on gold and the other way around. So you could say the accounts simply switch.

@Stevan01if your Whimsicott has the Prankster ability it will always hit first as you get priority on status-moves with that ability. Just be careful against dark-types as Prankster wont work against these.

You should be able to catch it again at the location you originally caught it the first time as it should just re-appear at that place in case you release it.
