@Dan33the world quest ends either after 24 hours or after the required IVs were reached. So most world quests end way before 24 hours.

My Floatzel got burned in a random battle. Since I do not have a screenshot of the battlelog (it was my battle in the tournament, so I forgot) I will explain what happened as best as I can remember. The opposing Sableye burned me with Will-O-Wisp (Prankster ability). My Floatzel used Bulk Up. My Floatzel is still burned. If something is unclear or further information is needed feel free to let me know.

Are you sure you connected to the correct server? Try to restart your client and choose the correct server (Gold/Silver). If that is not the issue could it be that you are a returning player and havent played on your account for a long time?
