Roar has a negative priority so it will always go last disregarding the speed of a pokemon or trick room. Trick Room just makes the slower pokemon move first but does not change priority of moves like Roar, Quick Attack, Extreme Speed etc.

Since the recent update we are able to sell fossils in the Historical Excavation Site but I was wondering why the Helix and Dome Fossils were not added with all the other fossils. Is that intented or were these fossils forgotten?

Onix only evolves when you are trading it while its holding a Metal Coat. Mysterious Candies are only used for pokemon at level 100 if you failed to evolve them before reaching that level.

What pokemon are you trying to evolve and are you meeting all requirements which are needed for the evolution?
