My guess would be that the Gen8 legendaries arent meant to be used anyway since PRO is using Gen7 mechanics and no Gen8 stuff will be introduced / coded etc. So they are simply for the collection and just-for-fun. Therefore they dont need a special event or quest which would require a lot of work from the staff team (mapping, storytelling, coding, testing etc.) and can just be introduced via a small event like the one we will get in a couple days. Legendaries like Mewtwo, Deoxys etc. will be introduced in the future as well but I guess the staff team has further plans regarding these ones and want to introduce them via special events and quests as mentioned above which require a lot more work and time.

Unfortunately de-evolution is impossible since the staff team simply doesnt have the tools to do it.

It could be that you need to level-up your Smeargle first. It is able to learn Sketch at level 1, 11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 71, 81 and 91. Maybe that could be the issue? Hey, I recently hunted Smeargle via the repel trick and it worked perfectly fine for me.

+1 in general. A mechanic which makes submitting pokemon to the cultist easier is needed considering the amount of bidoof world quest we got. Its esspecially needed for mobile players since its very fiddly to contribute pokemon on mobile.

Since I dont know what bug / topic you are talking about I would simply suggest you to bump your post every 24 hours if you do not receive a reply. Otherwise your topic may get lost and overlooked by the staff team.

There is a 33% chance for Raikou to spawn on your first win against the Raikou Guardian. On your second win you will have a 66% chance and on the third win you will get Raikou guranteed since its a 100% chance. After beating the Guardian the Raikou will spawn in that area and you can get your Synchronize pokemon etc. and go back to it again.

Hey, unfortunately that error message is a known issue for a lot of stuff and only came up recently, the devs are already aware and work on it though. However it actually does not prevent you from anything, you can just go ahead and choose your starter from the 3 pokeballs and start your journey.
