You cant just ride any pokemon you have. You need mounts for that which you can get from the Coin Shop (accessed via the orange-bag icon on the top right of your screen) or the PvE/PvP Coin Masters. You are also able to get mounts as rare boss or event rewards. Try to disable Controller on your Keybinding settings, that should fix it.

You need to get HM Cut on the SS Anne first and teach it to a pokemon to able to use it. Help Bill in his house on route 25 to get the ticket for the SS Anne. For headbutt you need to have 150+ happiness on the pokemon to use it outside of battle. You can check your pokemons happiness with /happy 1-6 (number depending on the partyslot you want to check). Just use the command in any ingame-chat.

Its determined by winrate. From what I know you will get the PvP coins you deserve and it doesnt matter what Rank you have on the list (if multiple have the same rating).

The original post said 48 hours after the first offer, which was made at 04:21 PM at my time. I dont know what time the countdown-timer had but I guess it was wrong. However I am fine to wait for a response from a Trade Moderator about how to handle this situation.

Pretty sure the auction ended at my 1.8m offer. I started at 04:21 PM, cosidering the 48 hour timer the auction ends at 04:21 PM just 2 days later. My offer was made within the last 15min of the auction so the ending point was 04:29 PM ( 04:14 PM + 15min ) which means the 2m offer at 04:40 PM was made after the auction ended.
