bump Removed Dragonite from wishlist.

You have to level-up again while having the move. If that didnt work try to faint your Yanma, close your client and restart after about 20 seconds. Heal the Yanma at a pokecenter and level-up again, it should evolve after doing so.

I am not 100% sure on this but I would guess transfering back should fix it.

Did you transfer servers recently? If you did the ID of the Bulbasaur changed and it wont work anymore.

It should be fixed if you re-download the game. The newest version fixed that bug from what I know. https://pokemonrevolution.net/download
