These tournaments are held roughly monthly. To qualify you have to be on the ladder on season end (top 25 players per server). Season end tends to be slightly different everytime but always towards the ned of the month. You can join PROs official Discord to get informed about season ends. To see the current top 25 ladder players you can use the Reborn bot from PROs discord using the command ^ladder gold or ^ladder silver depending on which server you are playing on. Why would you need to see the EVs on the preview? You can always see them on your pokemon anyway, they dont change through rerolls in any way.

So turns out Gravewalkerr does not have the money to pay for the Weavile anymore. If I remember correctly the NPC asks you what IV you want to keep, so sadly it might be your fault yes. Although maybe its a little heads up for you that Manaphy doesnt need Atk in the meta. Id recommend you to reroll the nature to timid and run a special moveset like tail glow, surf, ice beam + a fill move like energy ball.

Its actually the other way around. You get to keep one IV and all other IVs will get rerolled exactly as you described.

Theyve changed it recently. Only if the Pokemons hidden ability is prefered it will have it. Since Goey on Goodra isnt as good as its other abilitys you wont get Goey.
