Hey, from what I know its currently impossible to adjust it that way as system messages are posted globally and to change that a larger rework may be required first. For now you can only deactivate it completly through the options.

Hey, Random Battles will receive an overhaul with the upcoming Client update. This includes an update to 1700 sets and 830 new sets. Hey, make sure to remove the Chroma from your pokemon first if you want to buy a Chroma at the reduced price. Once removed it should give you the discount again.
