The quest was relocated and you are probably following an outdated guide for the quest. You can find Damon in another location now.

Hey, no there is no other thread and the current one isnt being updated anymore because the script that was used for it doesnt work it anymore because of some changes to the PvP-log. A new script is needed first to gather the data again but there is no ETA for that.
