If you want to go back to the dark realm you need to first defeat the Horon boss north of necropolis in the dark valley, make sure to beat him without one of your pokemon fainting. then you will be able to re-enter alucards castle where you can access the dark realm again.

Its not bugged but intented. You have to beat all the Trainers on Mt. Pyre without leaving the area.

Did you talk to the NPC at the stairs and did you battle every ghost before moving onto the right area?

2023 Ralts can only spawn in Necropolis.

The quest was relocated and you are probably following an outdated guide for the quest. You can find Damon in another location now.

Hey, no there is no other thread and the current one isnt being updated anymore because the script that was used for it doesnt work it anymore because of some changes to the PvP-log.
