Hello there! I apologize for the inconvenience. I'm sorry but I am not able to understand exactly what you mean. Poliwrath is supposed to learn 3 moves namely dynamic punch, mind reader and circle throw only after lvl1, you may learn the moves learnt by pre-evos by talking to the tutor in the daycares! You can relearn the moves that are missing by talking to the relearner NPC which is at Cerulean and Saffron Cities in kanto. Let me know if the problem is fixed. Deep Regards. - Aghanim.

Hello there! I apologize for the inconvenience. I would suggest you to try closing the application totally and opening it again to see if the problem is fixed. If not, please try to do a clean installation of the game once again. In this process to deleted all files of the game (including APKs and cache data) preferably using an application like Ccleaner etc and then download the android client again from DOWNLOADS. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done due to this as we do not know the actual cause of the problem and it would be unfair to other players if we were to compensate you alone. The PvP system is having a huge revamp and it is being coded from scratch and it will be perfect when the new update comes out, although there is no estimated time of when this may arrive. Hello there! I apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please try restarting the client? If that doesn't work, try improving your internet connection by making it a bit faster, just to check if it works then. Also, you should try disabling your VPN/DNS server and try again. If all of those didn't work, try doing a clean installation of the game. Meaning delete all files of the game (including APKs/compressed files) and then redownloading it from the DOWNLOADS page. Hello @DeBeast ! I apologize for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that this bug is known, however the cause is not and we are working on it! As of now, it seems to come at anyspot near the place you click on the player, so in case of the friend list one, you could try dragging the friendlist to the middle of the screen to be able to click on the options, until it is fixed. Meaning you would need to delete all the files of the game from your device (including APKs/compressed) and reinstall the game from DOWNLOADS page. Let me know if you're able to play after this. Hello there! I apologize for the inconvenience! Could you please try the following steps to get you unstuck? -> Try Alt+Tab -> Use an Escape Rope -> Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter -> Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar -> Log out, and then back in -> Close the whole client and start PRO again Let me know if these steps fixed the bug! Hello there! I apologize for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that the bug does not automatically remove friends unless 1 of the 2 people have a full friendlist (50) friends. However, if this case, i would like to find your friend for you if you have traded with him. you could also use the command "/pm name1-=-name2" to find him when he is online if you know his name. Hello there! I apologize for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that the repel works in a way that it does not let wild pokemon lower than the level of your first pokemon to get into battle, and hence if the wild pokemon was higher level than your first pokemon, it would still appear in battle regardless of usage of the repel. However, It is very important that you always check your internet connection twice before battling bosses, as it is unable to respawn them and it would be unfair to other players if i were to reward you alone for this. As the game is still in Beta, There will be crashes in the game. If it is a scheduled crash, You will be notified about it in the Discord Server. If you suffer from long downtimes, the staff members may give compensational rewards. If it is was a crash from your side. Could you please try the following steps to fix the crash: - Check if you have the right specifications. - Check if your drivers are upto date, or just update them a driver update software. - Try using compatibility mode -> Windows 7 - Scan your computer and clear out the cache. - Make sure that PRO32.EXE or PRO64.EXE are added to your firewall exceptions. - You download the DirectX files HERE.
