I will be comenting as a player rather than in behalf of staff team. As someone that has seen how things work behind the curtains i will try to clarify what has been happening: Developers have not ditched the servers in favour of cosmetics and more content, quite the contrary, they've been working tirelessly to find the cause of these crashes. With each patch that attempts to fix these crashes, they get closer and closer to the source of the problem. As it was previously posted before they did a HUGE overhaul on the server code, which was tested privately and then publicly in order to test the stability as it aims to improve playability for Mac and Android users. In fact, to showcase how serious the situation is they even announced a reward for whoever finds and shows how to replicate the bug that has been crashing the servers, not to mention issues with host providers in which are out of the dev's hands. Despite all of this they are always looking for a solution to these issues, always trying to not affect as much as possible the user experience in the process. One misconception i want to clarify with this, in contrast to that era v/s the current code, a lot of changes and improvements have been made. Sure servers were stable but they also came with their fair share of bugs and unfixable/uncodeable abilities, moves and items. Even the slightest addition could potentially bring the servers to a halt for how sphagetti the code was. Ever since Walross assumed the leadership of the project this sphagetti coded has been slowly reduced, fixed, replaced and reaccomodated. What has this done for us? Quite the array of things: The implemention of previously thought non-possible to code abilities, movements and even mechanics (Like megas, which was hugely requested in great amounts but wasn't possible due to the previously mentioned sphagetti code). Huge improvements on tools staff use (For both content and moderation team). Dynamic cutscenes and interactable events (Puzzles through NPCs, pokemon and such for example). Unlike before, bugs are being addressed and fixed as soon as possible. Old times were enjoyable, but did not offer much to do after completing the game. Now there are various activities to do even after finishing the game. Whether you may percieve this as an improvement or a downgrade is up to you but the game has changed quite significantly and for the good. In regards to the interface, its true that there are a lot of places the game could improve upon. Boxes, Pokedex, you can name it. However, aside from requiring the involvement of the Artists and Devs, Devs also have priorities to attend. These things will be addressed eventually, however, at the time there are different issues to attend to. We are are well aware of the issues the game is currently under, but its not as simple as to snap our fingers to fix it. We can only ask for patience until a definitive fix is found by our Devs.

Greetings @ALEXANDRIAN PP-Stalling is very subjective and depends 100% on the course of the match, as it can be used as a tool to achieve victory. Generally, PP-Stalling becomes illegal when its used to extend unnecessarely the length of the match, this can be explained in the following example: Of course, this case also depends on the state of the match as your last pokemon could also be able to achieve victory if your opponent's team cannot deal with it or are wore down during the match. To put it in simple terms, when the PP-Stall is used to simply flex, annoy and extend the length of the match without a clear reason (Win condition for example) it can lead to harsh punishments as told in our Public Punishment Policy. Thats why we require video evidence, ideally from the entire match to allow us to judge properly whether PP-Stall/Switch-Stall was used as a win condition or unnecessarely. Greetings @Seoulmate The ban of megas does not involve the pokemon itself, as we cant prevent mega evolutions from happening during a ranked PvP match. However, the way we prevent banned megas from being used in Ranked PvP is to ban the mega stone rather than the mega form, in this way the pokemon in its base form can still be used and at the same time prevent the mega from being used. you can find which mega stones are currently banned in the Banned Items section of the Ranked PvP Rules (Currently, 2 megas are prohibited. Mega Blaziken and Mega Gengar which can be seen in the ban of Blazikenite and Gengarite). Does this answer your question?

PP Stall as a win condition is allowed, but lets put this situation so you can visualize why we have it mentioned: You are on your last pokemon, lets say a Ferrothorn. Your opponent has 3 pokemon left, a Charizard, a Chansey and a Ferrothon too. Your Ferrothorn has all its move's PP at full or partially drained due to the usage of the match, and he could easily end it with just the charizard right? Well, instead of that he switches to ferrothorn and starts using his moves in order to drain your PP. Stealth Rocks despite there being stealth rocks in the field (and despite being completly useless in 1v1s), leech seed although you're immune to it, and toxic despite you being a steel type. Then protect despite no real threat or scouting purpose, all of those moves have a high amount of PP before they ran out. You're forced to be stuck in the match for more time than necessary, despite the win already being guaranteed. Be it for foolishness or disrespect, we do not condone this kind of attitude regardless of reason and will rightfully punish it, as long as there's the evidence for us to check. We are not foolish, we can identify when someone is time stalling or securing a win condition. Any more questions?

I'll be repeating what has been already said here but i'll go ahead anyways: The rule was made in order to prevent players from extending the match beyond of what it should've lasted. Picking moves last second each turn regardless of the insignificance of the action is not something enjoyable and definitely not part of an archetype. We do understand that sometimes decisions can be tough and require deep thought before taking action, thats why we require video evidence for these kind of infractions to determinate if they are indeed time stalling or not. We as moderation team will have to deny this suggestion as it has no real reason to be implemented. Don't let this discourage you from suggesting stuff you believe would be beneficial to the game though! Best of luck!

Greetings @jack72634 Gold and Silver have a separate ladder, so in theory you can have 2 accounts in Gold's ladder and the same 2 accounts in Silver's Ladder. Or even 2 accounts in Gold's ladder and 2 different accounts in Silver's ladder. However that is the limit, you cannot have more than 2 accounts in ladder per server, the moment you enter PvP with a 3rd account you would be risking a punishment as listed in the Public Punishment Policy: This is due to the PvP Rules applying separately on each server.
