I would like suggest you to follow this steps to find a way to solve the problem of disconnections: Call your internet provider to ask if their internet try to kick PRO. Troubleshoot your Hardware. Opt for a wired connection if you're using a wireless connection Turn off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps. Try a new DNS Server. I would like suggest you to join our DISCORD SERVER to know when the servers will go under maintenance or will get restarted. Regarding the lost of darkrai i would like suggest you to make a post in my Teammate MagicGuard's thread to find a way to solve this problem, if you dont know where you can find it just click HERE. The reason of why appear different points in ^Memberlist (guild) and ^guildladder is because is cached different, this mean ^memberlist (guild) also count banned members when in ^guildladder no. For this it doesnt appear anymore. But i have recovered your Jirachi, should appear in your last boxes of your pc. Since your issue has been solved i will proceed to lock this thread. If you dont meet the requirements you can make a new account to restart the same, you can have up to 4 accounts per person. But remember to dont make that account with the same email as this account. I have deleveled your sneasel to level 97, i would like suggest you let your pokemon gets defeat to make his happiness decrease, after that log out wait a couple seconds, log again revive the sneasel and try again.   13. Greetings, @Rakurai002 Sorry for the inconvenience. Indeed Draining kiss is doesnt coded properly, it just deals damage but dont heal your pokemon. But i would like inform you the Developers are reworking the Battle-PVP code from scratch right now, this is not an easy work so it can take a little. They are working in a new code because it is not possible anymore to work on the currently code. This means the mostly of the currently bugs will be fixed with this new PVP update, but for that our Developers will need be fully concentrate on the rework. If you would like be informed in the latest upcoming/new updates i would like suggest you join in our DISCORD SERVER there you can find a channel called #announcements where you can check the upcoming information or events. However, there is no ETA when this PvP update will come. If you would like further information about this i would like suggest you have a look this THREAD.     Saludos!, @agusc Lo sentimos por el inconveniente. Me gustaría sugerirle que desistale el juego, acto seguido desactive su antivirus y vuelva a descargar el juego, al descargarlo de nuevo añada la carpeta en la que descargó el juego en excepciones en el antivirus para que no borre ningun archivo. Si esto no funciona me gustaría preguntarle si esta utilizando una maquina virtual para jugar al juego. Estaré esperando su respuesta. Que tenga un buen día, Nezuko

When you defeat a wild pokemon who have done trick on your pokemon that item will dissapear forever, this happened to many users and they got say no to recover it, for this unfortunately i have to say you we can not recover your item because would be unfair for those users who got say no to recover it.
