Cant re-battle Oak boss after crash
Hello @Coono, I am sorry for the caused inconvenience. Unfortunately, we can't reset the boss cooldown. This due to players who accpeted their loss in the past and it would be unfair to reset it now, because we didn't reset the cooldown for them aswell. I would like to inform you that there is 2 levels of crashes, one where people get kicked and one where the server itself fails (rollback). When the first one happens and people get kicked, sadly there is no rebattling your boss again (what was the case in your scenario). When the server fails and it rolls back you can rechallenge the boss you disconnected versus. We are working on a way to solve this issue. Developers are working on a reconnect feature. We hope to annouce it soon. It is possible the crash may have been caused because of a issue on your side. We suggest therefore to ensure a proper connection on your end as that might also helps minimize your losses. It is good to check on your internet provider to know when their downtimes will be as well as contacting them if you are not experiencing a stable connection. Hello @FabiojouYT, I would like to inform you that you need to talk to the Judge outside of the contest for him to bring you to Genesect. So there shouldn't be any issue for you at the moment. You already meet the IV condition and if you have over 500 hours, you can catch it. Make sure to buy a masterball from the pve/pvp shops or try tradechat. Also bring a Synchronize Pokemon with you! Hey. After beating that Grunt Cynthia's grandma appears behind you: After that you enter the cave to talk with the fossil and Cyrus will appear. Developers are woking on solving this bug, but it can occur that it will be fixed when the new pvp update is introduced. Currently there is no eta on when this update will be here, but it is the main part the developers are focussing on pvp wise. To get out of the bug you or your opponent have to disconnect. pvp bugs
Hello @sehuno, I am not sure what you base this on, but if all of these pvp bugs are occuring, could you please record it and show them to me? I am asking because I just tested it myself and none of these bugs seem to be the case. Made the following conclusions out of me testing: - Focus sash works fine on Scizor, you still survive with 1 HP. - Scarf Garchomp didn't fail out of the 10 times used - Sturdy works on any nature Magnezone as it should - Using the Showdown Calculator it seems to me that Hyperbeam is doing the right amount of damage - I had no problem Baton passing with Scizor So please show me some kind of evidence that it isn't working for you, because that would mean there is a bug somewhere. Bug on Team Galactic HQ quest
Hello @Xiab, It seems like you didn't speak with Barry in Acuity Lakefront. He will tell you that he lost and that you need to go to Team Galactic HQ in Veilstone City. Pokedex
Hello @ZaiedAhmedpoke, I would like to inform you that the caught Pokemon in your 'Trainer card' should increase everytime you catch a Pokemon. The 'Owned' Pokemon in the Pokedex only increases when you caught a NEW Pokemon (one you didn't have the data from in your pokedex or that isn't showing the Pokeball icon with the picture). Hello @pepedos, I am sorry for the inconvenience. It seems like you lost the first chance to capture Kyurem, no worries though! Nikola now allows you to re-summon each legendary once. You need to beat him and it summons the legendary you want to battle and catch. Bear in mind that he will only restore the legendary this way once, whether or not you manage to capture it.
