Hello, As I said before we have given the mini ms to every player that had a account created at that exact moment, also I would like to remind you that it was almost 1 year ago players got these Medaillons as compensation.   4. Hello @pedrohzo, Yes, I can tell you indeed! You got that mini MS medaillon as a compensation of the servers being down back in the days. Everyone got one of those mini ms on all the account they started (gold and silver). You will get them back eventually, it just takes a little longer (can't say exactly how long). Please be patient with your friend in the meanwhile. It will return. I hope this answered your question.   11. Hello @windyhan343, I believe it shows the Ninjask prompt first when you want to evolve it then it will give you the Shedinja along with it (only if you have free space in your party). Hello @Vithu96, I would like to inform you if you've been to New Mauville previously then you will have already interacted with Wattson and the magma & aqua leaders and therefore they will not be there. Have you done the "go to sinnoh" quest? Can you enter into New Mauville and if so are the electric barriers up? This guide is the hoenn teleport guide, it gives step by step instructions on what to do. Could you follow that guide and tell me where you cannot go any further with screenshots to show where and how you're stuck. If you get to a point in the guide and nothing is there (like the team leaders and Wattson) continue on as you may have done that part in the past and not realized it.   18. Hello @SilverAge, I would like to inform you that it's indeed a bug and @Norex explained it right. The item from last game that got tricked onto the Pokemon will remain in the upcoming game. Could you please try to follow the listed procedure below and tell me if it solves your issue: Delete/Uninstall the old client of PRO and delete all the remaining files Totally disable your antivirus and firewall Download the latest client from PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD Place the folder of your client into your documents or downloads, not directly into the disk Run the game with administrators power Do note that sometimes a restart of your device may be required in order to delete/install the application. Also, in case it should work, remember to re-activate your antivirus and firewall and add an exception to the PROClient folder. Let me know if it worked or not. Kind regards, Contrary
