  3. Hello @VashKetchums, I am sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Are you sure you can't see the Paypal, Amex, Visa or Mastercard payment method? There has to be a logo of it where you basically click on and it redirects you to their website. If this doesn't work try it with a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet explorer).   4. Hello @PROFY, I am sorry for the caused inconvenience. This is a known PvP bug by the staff team, but thanks for reporting it. Developers are woking on solving this bug, but it can occur that it will be fixed when the new pvp update is introduced. Currently there is no eta on when this update will be here, but it is the main part developers are focussing on pvp wise. To get out of the bug, indeed you or your opponent have to disconnect. But yes, once you disconnect against a legendary and the Poke doesn't respawn anymore, the only way to catch him is through beating Nikola. I am sorry you have to experience this, but sadly sometimes we have server issues. I am sorry to hear this, crits are a part of the game and do happen sadly. Logging out and logging back in can help, but it doesn't always. As you mentioned yourself, patience does help. Great to see that after waiting a little, your issue got solved.   13. Hello @BlazzlN, I am sorry for the inconvenience. It seems like you lost the first chance to capture Zapdos during a crash, no worries though! Nikola now allows you to re-summon each legendary once. You need to beat him and it summons the legendary you want to battle and catch. Bear in mind that he will only restore the legendary this way once, whether or not you manage to capture it. Use this guide if you want to know how to reach Nikola: Trainers Valley Guide. This due to players who accepted their loss in the past, it would be unfair to refund your money now because we didn't refund them aswell. Also we can't bring back the Pokemon you lost in a rollback, because they weren't saved on the server sadly (unless you have their ID). That's why we advice everyone to log off once you gained something that is nice or worth a lot, so you force the server to save it.   25. Hello @pokemonvn11, That is indeed correct. The move bounce is bugged and it shouldn't actually hit through protect. Our dev's are currently working on a big PvP update, with a whole new code where every Move, Ability and Item will work. In regards of that it would delay the big update if they would invest time to fix current bugs, so they won't do it for now, but I thank you for reporting this bug.
