  1. Hello @tutonazo, I am sorry for the inconvenience. In the screenshot you took, I can see that you are trying to pass the leadership to a initiate and a member, that is not possible. You need to promote them to a officer first, use /gpromote in chat to do that. Then try it again.   2. Hello @Raspall, First of all I am sorry for the inconvenience that these bugs caused for you. I would like to inform you that these bugs have nothing to do with the new PvP season, they were here before and the developers know about it, of course that doesn't make them less annoying. I thank you for reporting the bugs and notifying us that they are still here. This bug requires one of the players to disconnect, it won't go over itself. I am sorry that you had to lose rating because of it. As I said above the bugs are known by the developers. They are currently working on revamping the whole PvP code from scratch and they will take fixing these bugs also in mind. We have no eta on when they will announce the big PvP update, but it is coming. I hope you can work with this information and if you have anything else to mention/ask, please do so.   7. Hello again, It can indeed cause confusion if you play at someone else his place, but it is allowed. As long as you don't play PvP games versus each other and you don't play on the other his account it is fine. I totally understand, but like I said you are allowed to PvP.   10. Hello @Loanyu, I am gonna try to explain the rules regards boosting as good as possible, so you have a better understanding of it in your case. With boosting we mean, intentionally/on purpose making sure another person gets the points, because you agreed upon it. You are allowed to play PvP at your friends place. Please, keep in mind that you are not allowed to play against him, nor use his account to play on it. Anyways, we as staff always investigate stuff like boosting as good as possbile, before we take action. Just make sure to not give us any reason to start investigating.   17. Hello @Nigthing, I am sorry for the inconvenience. If you go to the settings in-game you can maximize the dialogue speed bar. This will make sure that dialogues in battles pass faster aswell. I would like to inform you that the request of changing your name got declined; simply because you don't fulfill the requirements for a name change (no clean infraction history from August 1st). We can't make an exception, because if we do that everyone will ask us for it, eventhough they don't meet the requirements. I hope you understand the decision. Could you please go to Olivine and see if this works (eventhough maybe you battled him already)? If it works afterwards you can challenge Hannah.
