Sadly, the self KO clause is broken at the moment and so you lost. Currently the Developers are working hard on the new Battle UI that is coming to PRO. I am sure they will code this clause proper aswell and that it won't be broken no more. I will forward this bug anyways to them, so thanks for reporting it.     Hello @skunk1 I am sorry for the caused inconvenience. If the Beldum was fresh caught, you might have lost it due to a rollback. Unfortunately, you will not be refunded of anything you lost in a rollback/crash, this is due to players who accpeted their losses in the past, it would be unfair to refund it now because we didn't refund them aswell. It is possible the crash may have been caused because of a issue on your side. We suggest therefore to ensure a proper connection on your end as that might also helps minimize your losses. It is good to check on your internet provider to know when their downtimes will be as well as contacting them if you are not experiencing a stable connection. If the problem is indeed with your connection try out the following as it might help: • Call your internet provider. • Troubleshoot Your Hardware. • Opt for a wired connection if you’re using a wireless connection • Turn Off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps. • Try a New DNS Server I hope I answered your question like this.   8. Hello, I see that you most likely merged your account and went with the option to keep both accounts separated. At the moment you have a account called Grassteam1 and Grassteam12, these are registered on the same email. Your progress should be on Grassteam12 (pokemon, items etc.) Could you check this and confirm it for me? I am pretty sure this is the case. Kind regards, Contrary
  9. Hello @Grassteam1, In your absence PRO had a merge of servers and renamed them aswell. Here you can find Everything about the Merge. In short the old Blue and Red silver merged and are called Silver now. Yellow silver is renamed to Gold. If you can't login you didn't lose any progress, you just need to merge your account on the Dashboard. Make sure to select the right server as your main server, because if you pick the wrong one you will lose your story progress and just keep all the pokemon, items etc. Do note, if you decide to merge, then the story progress on one account will be deleted, but you get to keep all Pokemon, items, etc. If you haven't updated your client to the latest version, you can install it from Downloads I hope I answered your questions like this. This due to players who accepted their loss in the past, it would be unfair to refund it now because we didn't refund them aswell. We can't refund the money, but I can give you some tips to make some! Some easy ways to make money: Do diggspots (3day cooldown) Battle Bosses/NPC's. (You can check the cooldown of the bosses with the Boss cooldown checker in Celadon city. NPC's have a 7 day cooldown) Hunt Pokemon for selling purpose. Also, whenever the server goes offline for a maintenance, we announce it in the Official PRO Discord in order to notify the players. So make sure to join it.   11. Hello @xTyku, I am sorry for the caused inconvenience. We had some server issues that made sure all NPC's were down (interacting with them was not possible). A restart of the server was needed but nobody was available at that moment. As staff members are volunteers and act in their own time, such things can happen. I hope for your understanding.   15. Hello there! It is indeed only possible because of the happiness. You might have lost some happiness because of letting it faint in a battle or trading him (trading resets the happiness to 70). No, a Pokemon his happiness has nothing to do with the level he has. The only thing that has to do with happiness and leveling, is you actually benefit from leveling up. You gain +5 Happiness.   16. Hello @Dreadstoner, Did you check if your Golduck has 150 or more happiness? It is needed to use moves such as Headbutt, Digg and Dive. You can check this by typing /happy 1-6 in the chat (1-6 is the number of your Pokemon in your party on the upper left side). If you trade your Pokemon or it faints it loses happiness, so please make sure you have sufficient happiness to use the move. I am looking forward to your reply. Have a nice day!

I want to notify you that 'Pokémons do not run away even if the player does not have enough Discovery points' as stated in the PROwiki, isn't applying anymore on the shiny rocks in excavation sites. Your discovery points matter in order to make sure the Pokemons don't flee from you. In this Excavation guide you can look up everything about the excavation sites including how much discoveries you need to catch certain Pokemon. Concerning the incorrect sentence in the PROwiki, thanks for showing us that it is outdated we will try to update that as soon as possible.   18. Hello there! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It is possible that you are experiencing an error that happen sometimes when you try to teach your Pokémon a move. To fix that, could you please try the following procedure and see if it fixes your error: - Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). - Restart your computer/device - Download again the game from HERE After you've downloaded again the latest client, please try to teach again the move to your Pokémon by interacting with the move relearner in Cerulean City and paying 2000 pokedollars and the issue should be solved. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund your money/move as it would be unfair to those that accepted their losses. due to a bug. It would be unfair if we would restore your money and not their money/progress etc. So, you need to buy a new TM and try it again. Also, for now sadly we can't track shop-logs with our TOOLS, but as the tools will be updated in the future, this will be possible. Let me know how it went and I wish you a nice day! Contrary
  19. Hello there! I want to notify you that Choice Scarf (all Choice items) are still working properly. There has been a minor change in usage though, let me explain please: You used to be able to return to the 'pick a move' screen whenever you picked a move other than the one you were locked into. Now it doesn't do that anymore. Whenever you pick a different move than the one you are locked into, it automatically uses the move you are locked in.   20. Hello there! The move Frustration is coded incorrectly. At the moment the happiness of the Pokemon doesn't matter, it will always have the maximum base power it is supposed to have (102 base power). So, if your Pokemon has 20 happiness or 220 happiness, it doesn't matter, power remains the same. Also, for the future, make sure to check the List of Broken Moves and Abilities in PRO as you can find yourself what is coded and what not. I hope I answered your question. Have a nice day!
