Celem, It is fair as you should have read the auction/trade rules (https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/29538-url) that you agreed to as soon as you set up this auction. If you do not sell this pokemon to Fogy (the rightful winner) in the 24 hour I will enforce the Punishment Policy. If you continue to dispute this I will enforce the Punishment Policy As I have said if you believe this is unfair please feel free to make a post in the complaint section. This is your final warning. Celem, I can understand how you are frustrated. However, Fogy has done nothing wrong so I will ask you to stop claiming he is a scammer. The server being down does not impact this auction in the slightest. My decision is based on our current rules which you agreed to once you started this auction. You are more than welcome to make a post in the complaint section if you truly believe this is unfair. Fogy does not have to wait 10 minutes because the auction was over. To everyone, Further comments on this thread outside of Fogy (Saying it was traded/Trying to set up a location/time for the trade) or Celem (Saying it was traded/trying to set up a location/time for the trade) will not be allowed. Auction rules do not change if the server isn't stable and the end time does NOT change unless an auction bid is placed with less than 15 minutes left. As this was not the case Fogy is the winner. To all Concerned, After thorough investigation this auction was found invalid due rapidly changing of the rules mainly due to the last change which was after the trade was made. Due to this the auction has been reversed, proper action has been taken, and I will be taking over the Auctioning of the Shiny Auction. The auctioneer will receive entire payment of the winning bid, and the winner will receive the Shiny Klefki from me. The rules of the auction are reverting back to the original rules of the auction. "Start price : 9m Insta :15m " The ending point will be exactly four days from this post and all bid increases will be 100k from the post they are outbidding. To All Concerned, The auctions both were legitimate (The panpour was sold at insta as was the castform). Moretz77, next time I advice you to screenshot the evidence where the pokemon were sold along with the chat if it was in game to avoid suspicion "Be sure to have ALWAYS the evidence of a b.o./c.o.". I would also advice you to read the Auction Rules (https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/119691-url) as your auction was missing an end point, available payments, and a minimum raise.
