i feel like this is odd enough to where i cant really tell how well it would mix with the game as it is, but i do like the idea of it for crafting z stones and mega stones x)

I think guild islands might be a good idea only for maybe the top 3/5 established guilds since guilds can die or fall off as well as ppl can just make and disband guilds whenever. That would probably be really frustrating for mappers since I don't think there's a way to "spawn in" maps like that. I think a guild bank could work if given proper limitations. I also do think that the top 3/5 guilds deserve some rewards for staying active and being consistent. +1
