Hi, @gameste When you start the Heatran Quest your rare candies are kept inside a NPC until you finish the quest. You'll be able to receive your rare candies back when you talk to the NPC Buck after finishing the Heatran quest. Have a nice day. Kind regards, HappyMango.

Hi, @Guardian0000 I have checked your account's info and found out that you have started the Heatran quest, but didn't finish the quest. Your rare candies are locked inside the NPC Buck. You'll be able to receive your rare candies back when you talk to the NPC Buck after finishing the Heatran quest. Have a nice day. Kind regards, HappyMango. -

Hi, @Bep91 Due to the addition of Mysterious Candy, we don't offer de-level services to players now. As mentioned above, you can purchase Mysterious Candy from Department Store in every region (5k pokedollars), PvE coin shop (2 PvE coins) and PvP coin shop (1 PvP coin). Missing Caught data in Pokedex [Mimikyu]

I have received that this was a bug for all mimikyu when disguised was bugged. This bug is currently fixed, but for the mimikyu caught before the bug was fixed, it doesn't consider as a caught data. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. You would be able to get the caught data when you catch a new-mimikyu. -
need help at the mega gengar quest

Hi, @cyb0rg1337 As mentioned above you have to defeat Umbra inside the Dark Realm quest in order to do the Mega-Gengar Stone quest. There is a boss named Horon located at the Dark Valley. (Top of Necropolis) Defeating this boss will reset your Dark Realm in case you have something forgotten there. Note that you must defeat him without having any of your pokemons faint. If it's your first time defeating Horon, you'll only receive a Halloween Rapidash Mount, so you'll have to defeat the boss one more time in order to re-enter the Dark Realm.
