  8. Hi, @gameste When you start the Heatran Quest your rare candies are kept inside a NPC until you finish the quest. You'll be able to receive your rare candies back when you talk to the NPC Buck after finishing the Heatran quest. Have a nice day. Kind regards, HappyMango.

  10. Hi, @Guardian0000 I have checked your account's info and found out that you have started the Heatran quest, but didn't finish the quest. Your rare candies are locked inside the NPC Buck. As mentioned above, you can purchase Mysterious Candy from Department Store in every region (5k pokedollars), PvE coin shop (2 PvE coins) and PvP coin shop (1 PvP coin).
