I received an answer that you might have defeated Horon for the Rapidash Mount before you caught the darkrai (When a player shouldn't be able to battle Horon before finishing the Dark Realm quest) The bug is fixed, but I think you might have gone through this issue before it was fixed. So, we can offer you this procedure if you agree. 1. Delete your Darkrai 2. Convert your account game process to where you can re-battle Horon to restart the Dark Realm quest. (You'll be able to re-catch Darkrai again with the same stats) 3. If you finish the quest, you'll be able to use the locked IV reroll ticket I'll be waiting for your reply.

When using reroll ticket, the NPC shows you the changed IVs preview and asks you if you want to keep the old IVs or change the IVs into the new ones. I think you might have chosen the option to keep the old IVs We can't help you on this case, as it would be unfair for all other players who have experienced similar problems, I hope you understand.   12. Yes, you'll be able to receive your items. When I checked, not only rcs but some types of potions were locked too because you couldn't completely finish the darkrai quest

  14. Hi, @SapreAndett If you skipped battling Umbra while doing the Dark Realm quest, you won't be able to proceed the gengerite quest. There is a boss named Horon located at the Dark Valley. (Top of Necropolis) Defeating this boss will reset your Dark Realm in case you have something forgotten there. Note that you must defeat him without having any of your pokemons faint. If it's your first time defeating Horon, you'll only receive a Halloween Rapidash Mount, so you'll have to defeat the boss one more time in order to re-enter the Dark Realm.
