  1. Hi, @gundan444 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It seems like your account has been wiped out in an "account wipe out" that happened really long time ago. Unfortunately, we cannot restore your account info as the database has been wiped out Note that the old servers Red and Blue now merged into Silver, and Yellow changed its name to Gold. I first recommend you to merge your account at the dashboard. This would let you transfer your coins that you currently have in Red and Blue to Silver server. When I checked your current account's info, you'll have more coins in Silver after the merge over Gold. Since you don't have any saved data for both Red and Blue, I think you can just choose any server options as your main while merging your server. After merge, your main server will be Silver. (This doesn't mean you can't play on Gold) For more help on the merge, check out this link. If you have any questions regarding your issue.   4. Hi, @PhaniKumar Let me answer each question in order . Q1. We can't use more than 4 accounts you said but what happens if we do story service for many members? A. Each person is allowed a maximum of 4 owned accounts. Keep in mind that all the accounts created by you counts even though the playtime is 0 hours, 0 badges. Moreover, received accounts also count towards your total. Doing story service for other players is fine, however exploiting more than 4 allowed accounts in order to gain profit such as fighting bosses or doing event quests to obtain special rewards could be led to a ban. Q2. How many members can login to one account means can two players play same account? A. Multiple access for one account from different players are not usually recommended as it could lead to account hacking problems. Also as mentioned above, note that exploiting more than 4 allowed accounts in order to gain profit are strictly forbidden. To avoid all of these problems, I don't recommend sharing your account with other players. Q3. If one acc is in gold and other in silver and I am doing pvp in both accounts can I do pvp in one more account in any of the server so that it will be two in that server? A. Yes, you can PvP in both Silver and Gold servers with your accounts. However, keep in mind that laddering on both servers at the end of season is forbidden. I hope these answers helped you.   10. As far as I know, IVs and nature will be randomized. Note that since Nikola gives you another chance to re-encounter the legendary pokemon, you're able to sync it.

However, we do not compensate in any way about game related losses caused due to server crashes as it is unfair for all other players who have experienced similar issues.   13. Hi, @Eth4rnal I'm really sorry to tell you this, but it seems like it has been a while since you deleted your entei and pikachu. There was a wipe out for the deleted pokemon some time ago, and I think both data got wiped out from it. Fighting the Nikola boss will allow you to re-catch entei. Keep in mind that you'll have to catch the first re-spawned entei, since Nikola only gives you one more chance to re-catch each legendary. So, I recommend you to prepare a master ball for it As for the pikachu, I think it's impossible for us to restore it. I'm once again very sorry for the inconvenience. I hope you understand.   23. You didn't seem to finish the Arcanine Mount Quest in this account. Also, Arcanine Mount Quest changed a bit. You have to submit Kanghaskan, Chansey, and Pinsir to the NPC. I hope this helps you
