Hi, @Pedrohenry I'm sorry for the inconvenience. There is a boss called "Horon, Thief of Souls" located at the Dark Valley. By defeating the boss, the boss will restore the Dark Realm. As I mentioned above, you traded your mount with another player. So, you would have to ask the player for the mount.

If you switch servers in dashboard, you would be able to start freshly on Silver Server without losing your name nor use a new email.
