Can I hear more about your issue? Stuck you mean, your character is fixed at an exact same location and cannot move at all? Or do you mean, your character is inside the Alto Mare PC and can only move inside the PC? If you can move inside the PC, can you try go outside of the PC, this could possible teleport you back to the previous dock PC. I'll be waiting for your reply.

Can you try lowering your happiness a lot? Trade helps or try to faint your eevee a lot in a wild battle so it doesn't evolve into espeon nor umbreon. Note that you have to level up on Love Island, and outside of the PC.

Moreover, you already beat the grunt at Littleroot Town, so now you have to head your way to Oldale Town and battle Stan. If you can't find him, you can go in Route 103 and fight Charon. Unfortunately, you'll have to re-catch a pokemon with 140+ IVs in order to be teleported to where Genesect is. This issue occurs when you get kicked out of game during the contest. To flush your variables, you have go back to Corsica Island and walk back in front of the fishing NPC.
