UPDATE The Deleveling Request Megathread has been locked as of today, as the Mysterious Candy was introduced. You can buy a Mysterious Candy in-game for 1 PvP Coin, 2 PvE Coins or 5,000 Pokedollars and it will allow you to evolve level 100 Pokemon that are not fully evolved.

Hi there @InspectorJack Leech Seed is a grass-type move with 90% accuracy. The following are ways Leech Seed can fail when used: ▹When used on a grass-type Pokemon. ▹If a Pokemon with the Prankster ability such as Whimsicott uses a status move on a dark-type Pokemon. These moves include but are not limited to Leech Seed, Charm, and Stun Spore. ▹Although missing the move does not count as failing, if you use Leech seed and miss in PRO, it will tell you that Leech Seed has failed. The issue you are experiencing is most likely due to a miss, or using the move on a dark-type Pokemon. If you think this isn't the case, please record when this happens and share it here. Hi @shiningvn Sorry for the inconvenience. This may happen to some Pokemon where there is an error and it does not trigger a prompt to evolve, even though the correct conditions are met. Can you please try to lose some happiness first on your Riolu, restart your client, make sure he has 255 points of happiness again and that it is daytime, which is 10 AM to 8 PM, and try leveling him up again. This should trigger an evolution and you should be able to evolve him. If by any chance you fail to evolve him and he is at level 100, feel free to make a post in the Deleveling Pokemon Megathread. I would like to inform you that in order to start the quest, you will need to visit the place you fought the Guardian for the respective dogs at, in your case it will be Suicune, which is at the Secluded Lake. Once you've entered the map, you will receive a message stating that you should talk to Scientist Rey at Bell Tower. Hi @Yisuscry250819 Sorry for the inconvenience. As Norex stated, if you start the Heatran Quest or the Pinkan Island Quest, your Rare Candies and all of your Pokeballs will be temporarily taken. You can however take them back by speaking to the Pinkan Ranger and speaking to Buck after defeating Heatran the first time. Hi @hunterlh4 Sorry for the inconvenience as well as the delay. This is not a bug and is indeed intended. Both types of Dread Plates, while sharing the same name, have different uses. The Dread Plate you need for the Lake Trio will be obtainable at the Old Chateau, and it has to be the one there. I hope that cleared up any doubts you had. Hi @Lucamilan68 Sorry for the inconvenience. Have you found all the hidden pokemon in the room? Are you still stuck in the room? If you're still stuck in that room, try using an escape rope, restarting the client, or clicking on the resync button beside the hotbar on the bottom left side. Hello @Kradden87 Sorry for the inconvenience. Have you recently done the Pinkan Island Quest or the Heatran Quest? These quests will temporarily take your Pokeballs and Rare Candies. Hello @BalmyWzzard In order to evolve your Riolu, it will need max happiness (Which I see you've already achieved), and level up during the daytime, which is 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This should give you the evolution prompt to evolve your Riolu. Should it fail, you can make a post in the Deleveling Request Megathread. After it has been deleveled, lose some happiness, restart the client, make sure all the evolution requirements are met, and leveling him up again. Please let me know if this worked for you. Hi @Mariojohn After you've defeated the Elite 4 and become the Sinnoh champion, you need to go to Canalave City and speak to Sailor Darlow to travel back to the previous regions. Note that he will charge you 5k everytime you take the boat, unless you have a Transit Pass active. Since your question has been answered, i'll be locking this thread now. Hello @XDzin The Eridayu Island maps are indeed here to stay, and will be a permanent addition to the game, however the spawns available there will mostly change after the event and once we are able to. Hi there @baoquynh3723 Sorry for the inconvenience. If leveling up your Eevee at Love Island while it has learned a fairy-type move does not prompt an evolution, try to lose some happiness, (which can be done by having it faint during battle) restarting the client, and leveling up again. Make sure to have its happiness below 255 so you don't accidentally evolve it into an Espeon or Umbreon. You can check how much happiness points your Pokemon has by typing "/happy (Slot number the Pokemon's in). Alternatively you can level up during the morning, which is 4:00 AM to 10:00 AM to avoid this. For more information on how to evolve Eevee, please click here.
