Cause your Variable say that you already battled the Gengar so the next step would be that one: Could you check if that Poke is there for you and let me know?   12. Hello @Meletex, Sorry, but we don't offer that kind of Service. The only ways I can think of is that you give the Mount to someone who is planing to do a Server Transfer and he trades it back to you afterwards, or that you give the Mount to a friend, then Transfer yourself (can be done for free at the Dashboard) and then he trades if back to you.   15. Hello @GPidgy, You can start a new game on the other Server. So if you played on Silver you can log in with the same Account into Gold an have a fresh start there. If you wanna play on Silver again you can transfer your Gold Account for free at your Dashboard. Or you can just create a new Account.   20. Hello @7NatoionArmy, Sorry for the late reply. It seems that you are missing everything after interacting with Wattson in New Mauville. So our Scripters just unhid Wattson in New Mauville for you. Just talk to Wattson in New Mauville again and you should be able to continue the Quest. :-) Please let me know if everything is working.   23. Hello @redskully, I am super sorry, but I am afraid we can not refund that IVs or the Reroll Ticket :-/ It would be unfair to all the players who had the same issue and didn't report it.   24. Hello @fatih123, Sorry it took so long. It looks like you need the Red Orb to enter the Magma Hideout again but you probably lost it somehow during the battle with Tabitha. So we just added it back to your Inventory and you should now be able to continue. I'd appreciate it if you'd let me know if it worked. :-) Greetings, M3ru3m
